The Public Relations Council
Consisting of members of Fwuvoghor, we deal with, well, Public Relations. There's a lot of talking, jokes, and more boring talk that goes on, and thats about it, we don't ever seem to get much done. The members, their numbers, and exactly what they do, doesn't really matter.
