Found by Tichondrius Grom Hellscream after slaying the Great Behemoth Titan - Icarus at Shifgrethor (Southern Atamarra)
It has a bright silver dragon head symbol encrusted in the chest. The chains are made of mithril and the whole armor has been enchanted to be as light as normal clothing.
