Dark Citadel

Oten wrapped in fog blown in on the ocean breezes the Dark Citadel is home to the Assassins. A clan of professional killers who have often influenced the course of history in the colonies.

Rising up on a small hill over looking the ocean wooded regions of the Bakker regions. The warm winds from the ocean allow a great variety of flowers, including dahlia's, to grow in the Citadel's gardens. Because the citadel is frequently hidden in fog it is often referred to as the city of twilight.
