Lullaby to the Night's Shadow
Lullaby sings, and plays her harp, for no reason but to just play. Hush little baby, don't you cry
Mama's gonna sing you a lullaby
Of stars and shiny things
That travel though the night with shining wings
Of plays and songs and stings so proud
Of stars and sprits that flow in the shroud
Of the spells and secrets of my sacred Art
That play with only the purest heart
And if, through it all, you begin to wonder
Remember that I am always here to sing it to you,
With the time I gladly squander
Lullaby sighs, and looks to the stars. Maybe one day, she will have a child to sing to.
