The Temple of New Beginnings was built in Ozrat to celebrate both Poison's appointment as Duchess (the second one in Lasanar) and the end of the Arcachon/Lasanar hostilities. It is located just outside the city walls along the road which ultimately leads to the crossing to The Dark Isle.
