This is a proposal for a centralised monarchy based in Echuir where the monarch is the largest landholder within the realm. As it expands however, power would naturally be decentralised. The names and titles are subject to change.

Legal Framework
The Constitution is the basis of all laws of Asylon. The constitution may only be changed by popular consent
The laws of Asylon cover details not mentioned in the constitution. Unlike the constitution the laws of Asylon may be changed at any time by the ruler. However the laws may never contradict the constitution
