Built over the greatest inhuman landmark of Agyr, the Eternal Flame. For those who follow the Old Gods it is a holy site dedicated to the Dark Mistress and considered a sign of her blessing on mankind despite the fact that it clearly predates human colonization. For everyone else it's a fire that never goes out, ever, though it it violet like all Incendia, which is really really useful in the north.
