The Gunther Family

Traditionally from the region of Alcatil of the Caligan Empire on the continent of Atamara, only inactive and retired members of the family remain there, perhaps all having grown weary of the constant warfare that being a resident noble of that realm means being called to.

Reginold Gunther, Count of Warmanoras

Orignally a knight in service to the Imperial Army of Caligan, the constant warfare and lack of time spent at home, irregardless of his proximity to it, wore down on his nerves and eventually he set sail upon a ship seeking a new life.

Eventually settleing in the Colonies and seeking a more peaceful way of life, he became a resident of the nation of Alowca, and shortly after a believer in the Trinity. Fallign in love with the peoples of Warmanoras he was awarded his landed title by a man now known as the Apostate. Although the Apostate was despised and eventually cast out of Alowca, he still retains his land and title.

He has seen much tension and turmoil recently in his newly chosen homeland, but he has stuck true to his own personal commitments and beliefs, despite others seeing his way as errored or flawed.
