Origin
The Sultanate's Striking fury (SSF) was an army created as an elite maneuvering corps. It consists of fewer nobles than The Iron Wolves of Asena. Numbers play no role whatsoever when maneuvers are in order. The Sultanate's Striking Fury provides early scoutings, maneuers and misdirections that larger armies cannot. They strike decisevely and fast so the enemy is always taken by surprise.
The Sultanate's Striking Fury was originally made to meet the growing needs for dividing the large Iron Wolves of Asena, the move restored some flexibility and agility to the Sultanate's armed forces. Furthermore, the new army was to act as a permenant replacement for the Knights Templar of Asena, whose knights were assimilated by The Iron Wolves of Asena
