Reston commited suicide after the fall of Avamar Selective to stop his enemies from ever laying a hand on him so he couldn't be paraded around cities as some trophie or to be at there mercy . When he commited suicide he was cremated (By request) and his ashes sent back to Vanimedle Mansion. Reston was the last serving Pontifex Maximus in Avamar selective after being elected towards the end of AS. (Avamar Selective) He had served in AS as a Knight , Beurocrat and politician. (Through being Pontifex Maximus )

Reston as a name

In the Obsidian Islands the name of Resotn was used a code name for rebellion and a cause for the rebels in there attempt to retake the Islands from the unrightful hands of the Coalition appointed government. This rebellion soon failed. Reston was once again used as a code name and a cause in the second attempt at a rebellion in OI, and the attempt to create the Avamar Commonwealth in the south. These did not come to fruition.
