Justicar's Motto: The welfare of the people is the Supreme Law
In the realm of Virovene, it is our belief that no man, be he commoner, noble born, or even the Kaiser himself is above the law. As such, you must read all government bulletins thoroughly so you may familiarize yourself with these rules.
Ignorance of the Law is no excuse
