Guild Ranks

1) The highest rank in the guild is reserved for the Aedile

2) Gladiators shall advance in rank upon successfully winning a dual



Rules (Combatants)

1) Only plebeians may be Gladiators

2) Duals shall take place during the third week of every month (Monday-Friday)

3) All duals shall take place in the arena

4) Duals shall take place between two Gladiators of the same rank. If there are no Gladiators at the same rank then the next closest rank shall be assigned the dual

5) Gladiators that do not attend their dual shall forfeit and be lowered a rank

6) The winner of the dual shall be granted a purse depending on rank

7) The winner of the dual shall be advanced in standing by one

8) Two Gladiators of the highest rank may dual to the death

9) The winner of a dual to the death shall be granted a recommendation, if and only if the other Gladiator is killed

10) Failure to kill the opponent in a dual to the death will result in no advancement of rank, and no purse



Rules (Betting)

1) Betting is open to all

2) A maximum of 200 gold

3) A minimum of 25 gold

4) All bets must be given to the Aedile

5) All bets are final

6) Bets are assumed to never have occurred if the monies are not received by the Aedile

7) The guild will take a 15% cut of all monies entered as bets
