We're Back July 5, 2008
Due to our only printing press breaking down, the Dark Citadel Times has been gone for a few weeks while a replacement was ordered. We hoped it would arrive sooner, but shipping it all the way from Atamara wasn't fast, or cheap for that matter.

The Dark Citadel times is back in print now, and we hope to continue giving the best news coverage in the Colonies.

Hulaferd Declares It's Independence July 7, 2008
After Giblot and Wetham suffered yet another defeat on the soil of Hulaferd, the peasants decided they'd had enough, and declared their independence from Wetham's rule. Of course, this is nothing out of the ordinary; revolts seem to have become a weekly occurrence for the people of Hulaferd as of late. The battle fought was small, roughly 900 CS of Assassins against 600 of Giblotians and Wethams. But it was apparently enough to shatter what little confidence the peasants had in Wetham's ability to defend them.

As long as this war continues, it is likely Hulaferd will be the site of many battles yet to come.
