The Toren Reform Party is a political association of nobles from SEI Toren.

1. We are dedicated to improving Toren's overall strength and securing victory on SEI
2. Victory can only be achieved through reform of inefficient current policies
3. Reform requires greater transparency of the policy-making process, and increased accountability of public officials
4. Transparency and accountability depend upon public scrutiny and discussion
5. We therefore provide a public forum for the development and support of progressive policies
