I just found out about Vikland, and don't know much. If anyone has additional information, please add it.
Vikland was centered in the region of York that split off of Norland some time around the fall of Tuchanon II. The purpose of Vikland was to be a haven to traders. However, Vikland only lasted about a month before it was taken over by Minas Ithil, Falasan and Norland. (Minas Ithil ended up with York).
