Recognising that while the human realms of Beluaterra are diverse and will inevitably come into conflict, forces from beyond are a graver threat to all humanity.

This treaty therefore calls for the realms of Beluaterra to create a coalition, setting aside all enmity, while (and whenever) Daimon forces plague the land.

This treaty also calls for all Beluaterran realms to pursue and eliminate Netherworld forces with extreme prejudice.

This treaty covers present and future Daimonic invasions into the material plane of Beluaterra.
