The Serpherix family originate in the northern plains of Valkyrja, in the Tryanny of Averoth, in Dwilight. For centuries the Serpherix family ran a lucrative vineyard, until the great drought of 1005.

The Serpherix family were (and still are) wine farmers, in and around the region of Valkyrja in Averoth. The family was ennobled by King Theodred whilst he ruled Averoth. The family has three noble heirs; Terok, Vorok and Pollarus, though Pollarus gave up his noblily to become a commoner.
