|headline = The Elven Chronicle Launched | |||
|article = Due to ownership issue, The Elven Tribune is now renamed as The Elven Chronicle breaking all ties with its past. This is due to some Lords in Sirion putting pressure on the newspaper to try to suppress our breaking news story and the reporting of the extinction of Elven race in order to dampen down potential civic unrest. | |||
We, the people here at the Elven Chronicle, will not be silence and will give you the hardest hitting headlines from Sirion and all over East Continent. We promise always to give you the latest news first, right here at The Elven Chronicle.

Message sent to the Judges of East Continent
Fellow judges, | |||
I would like to welcome the most honourable Elishev amongst us, as Patriarch of the new founded Diocese of Aix. In one letter I will make clear that whatever criminal acts are committed in Aix, will be considered a direct crime in Ibladesh too. After all, the city is part of our Church and we are united through faith.
A glorious day for the Empire! Congratulations Elishev!
Yours, | |||

What to Do: | |||
* Do not drink from rivers and try to stay away from them until further notice.
* Try to get all your water source from wells and even then to boil the water.
* All fish caught from rivers should be thrown away.
* Travel to the coast for your baths in the sea. It might make your elven skin rougher so apply sweet almond oil and fruit juices to maintain healthy skin. Other ingredients to use are chamomile, peppermint, witch hazel, aloe, and can be mixed with oils, honey or beeswax.

|headline = BREAKING NEWS: Elven Genocide Perpetrated by Nefarious Wizard | |||
|article = Breaking News story and what could turn out to be biggest major news story of the year. | |||
A nefarious wizard is found to be behind a conspiracy to commit Elven genocide by casting his magic spells in the river and lakes of Sirion causing Elves to be impotent and unable to have children. [[Talk:Elves]]
Unless the Gods intervene this might turn out be the end of the future of the Elven race as we know it and this newspaper would have to change to be called - The Human Tribune - News from the Land of the Mighty Humans.
There are massive protest rallies gathered at all the towns and cites of Sirion against the cruelty and hatred of this despicably evil wizard and a 'Just say No to Racism' campaign has quickly gathered momentum. Many scarecrow dressed up as the wizard has been burnt by groups of yoofs and many darker elements have taken this opportunity create havoc at these protests. This could turn out to be very ugly.
More updates on this breaking news to follow. The Elven Tribune will bring you the news of this as it happens.}}

|headline = Fontan Welcomes Sirionite Troops with Food and Gold | |||
|article = In an attempt at appeasement towards the first step of seeking peace (aka surrender) with Sirion, Fontanese lords welcomed Sirionite troops to Oberndorf and Braga by laying out large investments in their regions as soon as they saw the approaching Sirionite forces crossing into their borders. | |||
Even though Fontan had suffered acute shortage of food in recent times with a third of the population dying of hunger, they have shown their immense generosity in laying out most welcoming feasts for the liberating Sirionite Armies.
The Armies of Sirion would like to extent their thanks especially to Lord Aulus Severus of Oberndorf and Lord Prandur of Braga for their hospitality and that the helpings of food and gold have gone down extremely well with our warriors.
This could turn out to be the turning point where Fontan might be able to bring peace (aka surrender) a step closer for their malnourished people and the beginning of the end to this war.

|headline = Sirionite Troops Close Harems and Free POW from Salta | |||
|article = On entering SoA there are many large signs written: | |||
'Welcome to SULTANATE OF ASENA
If you come in peace then you are welcome to feast in our homes.
Trouble seekers, if lucky you will grace our harems and serve to our pleasure otherwise consider yourself a Wolf meal.'
As Sirionite forces continue their liberation war against SoA, troops entering Salta has found numerous hidden harems housing prisoners of wars from many realms and local criminals. Many battle-harden warriors have been reduced to quivering wreaks from having to serve these idiosyncratic pleasures of the Asena nobility where their culture meant a preference for men and boys and particular expensive acquisitions considered to be those that have a violent personality and men of war.
Public opinion in Sirion of these new findings has strengthen the calls in the current defensive strategy towards a more offensive strategy and to divert more of the resources towards liberating the population of SoA from their oppressive Sultan and their nobility.

|headline = SoA's Information Minister Claims Victory as SoA Men Die Around Him | |||
|article = SoA's Information Minister made a public speech to the foreign emissaries staying in Salta claiming there were no Sirionite forces in Salta and that Sirionites were committing suicide by their hundreds at Salta's gates. At the time of the speech, Sirionite Troops were patrolling the streets merely a stone's throw away from the gathering audience. | |||
He said that Sirionites "are going to surrender or be burnt in their thousands. They will surrender, it is they who will surrender" and talked of his visions of victory for the 'invincible' Asena army.
''As for chain of defeats, on the contrary victory is becoming the norm here'' - the Information Minster quoted the words of his Sultan whilst Asena forces were being massacred around him.
It is reported that SoA's mobile army has only 1.5k survivors left holed up in Oroya and this week has been one of the worse defeat the army has suffered over the last few months.

Battle in | for anyone who doubted me, let it be known...I am still the best shadow walker there is.
For decades the bounty on Lady Evangeline (Uceek) 's head grew larger and larger, as she angered very important people. But no one claimed it...no one could claim it. I tried many times in my youth, but I was too brash and foolish then, and she was a great swordsman in her day, and one tough woman.
All the work has paid off. Sir Jun Hinamoto and I tracked her down, and though he was captured he helped me to set up the perfect assault on the perfect target.
This 7,000 gold bounty, I claim in the name of House Revan, House Hinamoto, and Sirion!

|headline = Fontan Begs for Peace! | |||
|article = In the latest news on the war front, Chancellor Zadek of Fontan appears to beg for peace as reported in the newspaper [[Caligan_Courier/September'10SpecialEdition]]. | |||
''Peace has been my goal from the outset of this war in the north'' - now claims Chancellor Zadek.
Although the Chancellor did admit that he offered unreasonable terms of surrender.
''I have tried numerous times to negotiate peace with Sirion, but terms can never seem to be agreed upon'' (our surrender).
The news on the offer of peace have met with lukewarm response in Sirion.
It seems likely that the war will continue until Fontan realise the fall of their realm is imminent and have to give unconditional surrender terms. But it is likely Sirion will offer what peace Fontan offered OR. That is none at all.

Now one slight change to Romul's message is that OR would probably have fell with just Fontan/SOA | Now one slight change to Romul's message is that OR would probably have fell with just Fontan/SOA attacking them. Sirion was aiding them the best we could even though we lost Avamar city to Fontan. It would have been a slow death but they would have eventually taken all the regions. What sped up the process was Westmoor joining our enemies which tipped the scales so much that Sirion could no longer protect OR and thus it fell quickly. Westmoor claimed to me that they had no ill will against OR. Even though they said this when I told them OR would be destroyed because Sirion couldn't protect them they claimed it was not their fault. This came from the realm that went to war with us because they claimed we kidnapped their King (ooc:the player went inactive) when they couldn't provide proof we did such a thing. I offered them many times to send their nobles around Sirion to investigate, so they could see we didn't have him but they never did. Matter of fact they never tried to look for him just brought their army along with Fontan/SOA in attacking our regions.
