The Anglo Saxon Virtures
- Medemnes - "Dignity" A sense of self-worth, personal pride in which to comport yourself.
- Staðolian - Strength of the mind, the ability to stick to one's purpose diligently.
- Gnéaðlicnes - "Frugality" Economy and simplicity of style, never wasting away in opulence or seeking grandeur and personal wealth.
- Stæþþignes - "Gravity" A sense of the importance of the matter at hand, mixed with responsibility and earnestness, forever a professional in their duty and honour.
- Hádárung - Respectability in ones own actions and the respect for fellow Saxon's and those worthy and who show honour.
- Foreþancolnes - "Prudence", the ability of foresight and wisdom and personal discretion.
- Stearcferþ - Sterness and gravity, cumulating with self control.
- Sundfulnes - Wholesomeness in ones self, health and cleanliness.
