The first person to come into possession of this unique artifact was Irikari Ukriz. This Feather gleams with an unnatural brilliance. A legend says that it will reincarnate the bearer upon death into an emerald phoenix who will live for an eternity. Of course there's no way of proving if it works or not, but it's a rare find nonetheless. It is coveted amongst nobles all over the world for its possibilities.
