Dracaru was the lord of a once noble family, the Tarnathu Clan. After much war and rebellion, the family was killed. Only Dracaru's two children survived. Omeg'ugh, a newly inducted Knight of Ossaet, wishes to regain his father's honour by leading men and women into battle against the foes of Papania. The other child, Tera, has just arrived at Sartania, and is persuing enlightenment through the worship of Sartan. Hoping to aid those in battle with prayers to the Lord of War, she hopes that one day, through her actions, she may affect the outcome of wars to protect the innocent.
