You can not issue a draft today.

As the Count of Montauban, you can draft peasants into the military. This forced draft will speed up recruitment considerably, allowing your realm to build up its army faster. However, it will lower morale and possibly loyality in the region.
Drafting will take four hours of your time.
Choose the recruitment center to draft into, as well as the draft level you wish to force upon your people below:
	
(In front of each of the units below is a circle indicator.  If you wish to recruit too one of these units then you must check it and then chose the level of drafting desired.  Then push the draft recruits button.)
