Talk:Atheïst

Atheism is a bit more broad and neutral than that, and the end of what you've said leans more towards Humanism. Perhaps you merely intend to just use the name for something in battlemaster, but a better description might be along the lines of rejecting the existence of a great 'god' or singular minded otherworldly forces (a - lack of, theist - deity, like in monotheism). --Aerywyn 12:15, 28 December 2009 (UTC)

Is this meant to be an-game religion with temples and all, or just a placeholder name for those without religions? If the latter, I think "pagan" as used in game reflects the intended state of the religion-less, as pure materialism is a modern concept. Also, I have never seen atheist written with diaeresis, is this correct usage? vonGenf 12:45, 28 December 2009 (UTC)

I would re-emphasize VonGenf's questions. Atheism is something which nobles do not believe in. You don't have to join a game-mechanic religion(leaving you in default of pagan), but according to Tom, your characters do believe in a divine power, whether its a game-mechanic, paganism, or something your characters believes in personally(and is regarded by the game as paganism). --Ethan Lee Vita (Talk), Editor and Community Manager 17:03, 28 December 2009 (UTC)
