The Restoration of Aquilegia Ends the War
This article is the conclusion to the war between Xinhai and Aquilegia, ending the War for the Bloodstars, also known as the Astromancer War.
In the Winter of 10 YD, a civil war broke out in Aquilegia between the Theocrats, those who supported an Astromancy realm, and the Viper Legion, the anti-Astromancer army who did not want a Theocratic realm or to be ruled by Archbishop Maximus Westfall.
The civil war started with a rebellion and then was followed by a series of counter-rebellions, exiles, and zealot uprisings. It began as a Viper Legion victory and the realm was formed into a tyranny with Usurper Bowie Ironsides as ruler but quickly turned into a maelstrom as the Astromancers fought bitterly back. In the end, the Theocrats won the realm and restored Aquilegia as a theocracy with Pasha Blatkovetchkin as Archbishop.
