Barbar knowing fullwell just what lengths his brother, [[Osha Family/Sera|Sera Osha]] would go to in order to destroy him. Tragically however, it wasn't even Sera who eventually ended Barbars life, but Merciless Oritolon troops who cut him down after suffering a wound during a duel with their leader, Loki. It all proved too much for Rinoa to take in and she decided to flee to [[Atamara]] to meet up with her Uncle, [[Osha Family/Malice|Baron Malice]], in the Ash Sea Islands.
