What is it?

OCPAU stands for Oligarch, Caligus, Perdan, Ubent, and Avamar. They are in that order, because that is the order we expect the editors of those realms' newspapers to sign to the franchise. OCPAU is a group of newspaper editors throught SA realms (Oligarch, Caligus, Perdan, Ubent) working together to provide the best news in existence, lightning fast. Unfortunantly, Oligarch and Avamar were destoryed by Fontan, Sirion and Old Rancauga.
