This account tells the tale of two freemen wandering the lands of Beluaterra. These two freemen are named Baldhart Hynes and Danost Indirik. As they journey across the wild lands of Beluaterra, the tales of their travels and travails will be recorded here.
The Incident with the Griffon
One of the earliest known tales of this pair of misfits tells the tale of how the two companions encountered a griffon. Danost and Baldhart, his adventuring companion, locate a griffon's egg, and encounter the seriously pissed off mother.
- Part 1 - Wherein our intrepid adventurers steal an egg, and encounter a griffon
- Part 2 - The griffon drives our heroes away from their camp
- Part 3 - Will our heroes ever escape the rampaging griffon?
To Find the Undead
Baldhart and Danost hear tales of a great horde of undead far to the south, and go to investigate.
- Part 1 - Wherein our heroes learn of strange events taking place far to the south.
- Part 2 - The intrepid adventurers reach Zod, only to find themselves in the midst of a host of Enweilian soldiers conducting a brutal takeover of Zod.
- Part 3 - An undead horde invades Zod mere moments after our heroes leave the stronghold. The arrive in Wilwau to find... an undead horde in Fwuvoghor!
- Part 4 - The heroes travel through Riombara, and find out some disturbing information.
- Part 5 - Arrival in Athol Margos, capital of Riombara. A surprise visit from the city watch leads to a very unexpected audience where a third joins the group.
- Part 6 - A dying man tells the companions to warn the Sungard of the approaching hordes of undead.
- Part 7 - Onwards to Grehk!
