The Military
Perdan's military is one of the strongest and most effective on the East Island. Led by our general, the High Marshall of Perdan, the army is divided into several armies. These armies often work in tight coordination to meet the challenges posed by our enemies. Our forces are arranged as follows:
Perdan's Royal Lions
Formerly: Perdan's Striking Force
This army is the heart of Perdan's military force and is the foundation stone of any campaign. The other elite armies work as Satellites to the PRL aiding and merging for the bigger battles.
Enemies of Perdan know this: If you have offended Perdan then the Lions will be coming.
Perdan's Crimson Wing
Originally the PCW was a force for recruits and fresh nobles but over time it has grown in notoriety to be seen as a more dedicated army. Nowadays fresh recruits are put straight into the PRL while more experienced nobles who move their troops on time and fight with Valour are promoted to the PCW.
Perdan's Murderous Wrath
The PMW is known for their quick strikes into enemy regions. This army contains the most dedicated, most battle-hardened of all of Perdan's forces. They once stormed the city of Sirion without aid from any other realm or army. You never know what they up to. Are they outside your city now?
Perdan's Home Defense
Perdan's Home Defense is a newly created army designed for the removal of monsters, undead and rogue troops in times of peace or war. The PHD is an opportunity for those who want to benefit the realm but perhaps do not want to participate directly in the large scale battles. This role is hugely valued as troubles at home would be a serious diversion to the main armies of Perdan without the PHD.
Perdan's Lethal Panthers
The PLP is comprised of the elite assassins of Perdan.
Perdan's Ghost Riders
Perdan's cavalry force makes up in raw speed and discipline what it lacks in tradition and numbers. They are often required to recruit units for special purposes and are seen leading cavalry charges in the vast plains of the south, or riding abroad to support Perdan's allies. This army is currently inactive.
The Land
The Land of Perdan is very plentiful. Each region is accounted for and looked after by its Lord, ensuring that all regions are cared for in an efficient and competent manner.

The Inns and Taverns
As befits the home of the Southern Alliance Drinking Association, Perdan has a wide variety of inns, taverns, ale houses, bars, and other such establishments. Of coure, these drinking establishemnts sell nearly any sort of alcoholic beverage you can imagine. A fine Montauban stout? It's here! Smooth Bescanon Brandy? It's here! Deep rich porters, stout meads, and pale pilsners? They're here! If wine is more to your taste, then you can find the sweetest vintage from across the East Island made right here in Lorient, where the warm summer breezes from off the coast ensure the finest, ripest grapes you'll ever taste. To help you find the establishment that fits your desired atmosphere, company, and, of course, the depth of your coin purse, we've recently begun to catalog these fine establishments. Head on over to the Perdan Inns Index for some of the latest information available!
A tale is told of a brawl involving Perdanese.
