History of the Vallejo Family

The Vallejo Family consists of two brothers Maelg and Arin, their bastard brother Jurrd, their cousin Mischa and her son Daralan.

Although Maelg and Arin grew up in Esgalons on Atamara, Maelg grew tired of competing with his brother and moved to the East Continent and has served Perdan with a loyalty almost bordering on fanaticism. Their cousin Mischa grew up in Taselak, and has served faithfully, even in the face of defeat, when Sandalak finally managed to take over the whole Island. Mischa enjoyed several weeks of traipsing across Sandalakian countryside looting as much gold out of it as she could.

Maelg (also known as Captain Pissypants by his closest friends), who is married to Evangeline Uceek, is a member of the vaunted Perdan Crimson Wing and has recently been given the honour of running the Wing, replacing the previous leader Sir Mark Strongfoot. Maelgs troops, the infantrymen =PCW= Maelgs Revenge changed their name after Maelg was taken out temporarily by an infiltrator, who is still unknown to him. Because they do not know who took him out, the unit will attack their enemies with fervour and nigh on psycopathy, as if each enemy were the ones to harm their troop leader. Jurrd is the bastard brother of Arin and Maelg. Jurrd was left at an orphanage run by monks where he spent many years being used and abused. As soon as he could, Jurrd left the orphanage and spent the rest of his life in the wilderness. During an attack by some undead, Jurrd was found to be weaponless, so he grabbed the first thing he could see, which was a pointy stick. Unbeknown to him, the stick had some latent power within it, and Jurrd slayed the party. Even after many battles with undead, including defeats, Jurrd has kept his pointy stick, and carries it now into battles alongside his unit that he acquired once he was finally recognised as nobility.
