The senate has a lot of influence power, as in: they make no real decisions, and things are often left in a state of "polite" disagreement, but they have the ear, more so than anyone else, of the emperor. Here soon I will write up some stuff about the senate, and all the people who have ever served on the body. - That seems to be pretty much how things run. The senate has a lot of influence power, as in: they make no real decisions, and things are often left in a state of "polite" disagreement, but they have the ear, more so than anyone else, of the emperor.
