Duke Vesuvis Addridae of Flowrestown has, unexpectedly, called for a rebellion. However, soon thereafter, a plea for help was received by the faithful. It seems a demon has taken possession of the Duke's mind and is controlling his actions. The nature of this demon is unknown, although facts point to one of a completely different nature than the [[Zuma|daimons]] encountered in the West.

It is to be hoped the Priests of the Faith will be able to expel this demon from the Duke.

The Raivan Empire has taken control of the townsland of Muspel. It would seem the move of the capital to Nifelhold is now a complete failure, as in addition to leading to the secession of Xinhai, its original goal of helping the takeover of Muspelheim now seems definitely out of reach.

The realm of Averoth is now reduced to only the two regions of Valkyrja and Yggdramir, and its prospects are grim. Grand Duke Theodred has taken control of the realm and has asked to be accepted back in the faith, but it is doubtful this will accepted after his previous betrayals. It is to be hoped these are the last death throes of the Torenists on this continent.

The Great Plague of Aquilegia

Much of Aquilegia was devastated by a terrible plague that was supposedly caused by the witchcraft of the Twinblades and their supporters. The strange thing about this is that the people who suffered the most were the Twinblades and their very supporters. After the plague died down, the realm was thrown into tumult after Aquilegia was left without 8 nobles.

The realm has now made a near complete recovery and has elected new members to the positions held by the Twinblades.
