Redspan is a realm of warriors. Whether you're a hardened fighter or a youngster eager to decapitate your first enemy, RedSpan will welcome you if you seek the true meaning of camaraderie, loyalty and cool dresses.

A History of the Realm

The story of Redspan is a tale of survival, determination, and friendship. There have been many ups and downs for the realm, but ultimately it has been her faithful nobles who have preserved her, and managed to bring Redspan back from the brink of destruction. Plus, a little help from Da Great Goat of course.

[A little bit of modern history about the unique realm of Redspan, if it will please you (I have yet much to learn on how to make a sub-page), from the 13'th of July, After Nightfall and indefinitely onwards by Itterind Hiddle of the Grenviol family.]

13'th of July, After Nightfall: Redspan is currently running a brutal takeover in Tandsu as it is the only way to convince the peaseants in the area to give up their soap and water. The peaseants are desperate enough to crush fruit into a mushy mold to extract liquid with and the powers that be have therefore decided to halt all food supplies being sent into the area until all pledge allegiance to the new provincial government (the realm has recently gone from a core region of Tara to province).

Soon they will cherish ale and lard as once we when we were children we didst run naked around in the backyard, the lardsprinkler gunning out tons of joyous gunk. Afterwards our mothers wouldst bring us ale to dip our young beards in.

Da Goat deliver them to our cherised fold.

The Cagilan Empire, Darka and Tandsu attempted to fool our forces by a misdirection started in the morning. But with our cunning animal intellect we fooled the northerners and their effort has currently gone to no avail.

Yet more sadly is the fact that they choose to starve their own capital by opposing the enlightenment of Da Goat and his wondrous ways.

Yet it is the belief of the average Redspanians that sight of our wondrous dresses and rusty swords is slowly wooing the local population. In an opinion poll conducted a few hours ago only 14% of the population were still washing themselves. If this be due to a decreasing loyalty to the unnatural urges of the Taran realm or a lack of drinking wayer remains to be seen. May it not rain soon, at least not until everyone is covered in lard. For it protects your thingies when it gets cold (thanks to the guy who came up with that brilliant quote ^_^).

Beforehand Lei'o'mano Kamehameha gave his famous speech, and Abington reinforcements arrived in the nick of time to help RedSpan's brave defenders fight off the vast Norther Alliance horde attempting to sack the city, and thus preserve our realm. The Battle of Ambermel I - Here the fierce warriors of Redspan slew Lelnor, King of the Ash Sea Islands, and wounded many of his followers in defense of the realm. The Battle of Ash'rily I - The second-largest battle in the history of Redspan (about 55,000 combined CS). We fought against the Ash Sea Islands with our allies, Carelia and Abington, and conquered the city together, finally returning it to Abington control. The Battle of Atblane I - The second-largest battle ever fought in the history of the world (over 76,000 combined CS). With Stargard under siege by armies from Cagilan Empire, Tara, Ash Sea Islands, Darka, and Falasan, Redspan and her Federation partners, Abington and Carelia fought an amazing battle, breaking their Takeover attempt of the region and driving the invaders from our lands. The Battle of Meldeen I - The largest battle in the history of the world, with over 90,000 CS. The Battle of Tandsu I - A tragic battle for the nobles of RedSpan and their allies. Not only did they lose the battle, but we lost our brave General, Leonard Enstance, as well. Da Great Goat & Da Way We in Redspan revere Da Great Goat and follow Da Way. Though a bit confusing to newcommers, Da Way has always been the truest path for Redspan, and as long as we have followed it, only good things have happened for us.
