I think he means that you you were in Byblack, and the surrounding regions. Also technically you did help in the seige, in the overall aspects of Being there. But you wasnt directly in the battle. ScottSabin 5 March 2006 20:53 (CET)

If that is so then he should've said "With Stargard under seige by Tara, Darka, and thwe Cagilan Empire, and with Falasanian and ASI armies in Byblack nearby"
