The Latlan Legion was formed by Duke Attila shortly after the previous all-inclusive First Army of Heen was disbanded. This was as a result of Duke Kagurati's successful campaign to give greater power to the Dukes in the day-to-day running of the military.
Not much is yet known about the Latlan Legion aside from the fact that the armour and weaponry of Atamara is vastly favoured within the ranks to the traditional Beluaterran styles.
The First Marshal of the Latlan Legion was Count Fror of Sotrebar.
