The De Chaol Ghleann family originates from the realm of Yssrgard and currently consists of three nobles (Esmaralda, Balin and Gilderoy). A couple of adventurers (Lannea and Gertrud) have claimed to come from this family, but that is clearly a lie, as only noble blood can flow in these veins.
