Kraft Azriel's Diary
2011-01-26: Kraft Began his career in Suville, Atamara.
- Became a Knight of Washford.
- There is nothing to do here, the war if far away past our borders.
- I decided to leave this boring realm in search of a more exciting life, I heard that my uncle Abdiel left to Beluaterra some time ago searching for adventure. I will go there.
2011-02-24: Kraft Immigrated to Beluaterra.
- I have finally arrived, after such a long boat ride. Now I must chose a realm in which to live, Nothoi seems to be in an interesting position, I heard they are struggling. It seems like a good place to start off and make my mark, I shall head there.
2011-02-25: Kraft Joined the realm of Nothoi.
- I have arrived in Nothoi, I have joined the realm by becoming a vassal of Sir Solips Fraoch, Duke of Reeds. He also seems to be the ruler of the realm.
- I hired a small unit of men and traveled outside the city walls. Quickly I was overcome by rogues, many of them, and taken hostage. Four days later I was released after offering 15 gold coins, it seems they are also facing a dire situation if they would settle for so little.
2011-03-05: Kraft was appointed Vice-Marshal of the White Wolf Phalanx.
- Our realm went through a bit of reform, and most council positions where re-occupied by more "willing" candidates. We are getting ready for the rebirth of the realm, to reclaim the broken regions from rogue infestation.
- The White Wolf Phalanx was created, and I was chosen to be the Vice-Marshal, second in command to Marshal Reston Vanimedle'.
- Our first battle as an army was in the city Reeds, we defended it from a small undead army that tried climbing over the walls.
- Our second battle, a tough one, we faced a unit of 70 undead with our army of approximately 140. We beat the beasts once more and liberated Haffemet from their torment.
- The undead seem to have re-assembled in Haffemet, so we march again to cleanse the region once more.
- After dealing with Haffemet we took over Naraka, a farmland region bordering Reeds.
- Once Naraka was under our control, Polemarchos (General) Ronald Graves of Nothoi, gave the order to restore peace to Gaxano, a mountain region that had been terrorized by monsters for quite some time. I proceeded with his orders of rallying in Haffement. From Haffemet, under the General's orders, I initialized a march towards Gaxano, half of our army present.
- We reached Gaxano, only 4 of us including myself and the Polemarchos himself. As the Vice-Marshal I lead my men towards the upcoming battle, but our Marshall ordered us to delay further to wait for the rest of the army. However, we were now too close and could hear the cries of the peasants, the moaning of the undead, and the growling of the monsters in Gaxano. Polemarchos Ronald, Sir Aster, and Sir Calvindrell pressed on. We met the monsters in the field, the odds against us. The bloody battle lasted a whole 2 hours, it seemed like an eternity then, but we came out victorious. Later on the rest of the army arrived, right on time for clean up. The former lord of Gaxano was taken out by the peasants and suddenly disappeared, so I will announce my interest in becoming Lord of the region I risked my life to save.
