The illegitimate son of Norvel Bosworth, Scur regards himself as a native of Dwilight from Shrine of Seeklander, like his mother. Though officially a follower of Astrum's only legal religion, Sanguis Astroism, he regards the blood stars with suspicion, and secretly worships the God of his mother's people. In the local dialect, Scur means "storm".
