This ancient book appears to be an instructional tome on some ancient fitness regimen. Most of it is nonsensical, although performing any of the exercises before battle seems to make the bearer much more fleet of foot and blade. Torn from the hands of an undead champion by a lowly adventurer, the list of former owners inscribed on the inside of the cover reads like a who's who of heroes from days long past.
It was bestowed on Gilbert Norrel as a gift.
