The 10 Den
In the old warehouse district, in the SW corner of the city of Creasur located in Plergoth of Beluaterra, stands an old and disheveled mansion. It has seen better times and from the outside looks to be a building better burned. But the exterior is a trick to not draw undue attention for if you enter you'll notice all the interior decorations, silverware, rugs, beds, lamps, "everything" is of the finest quality, and is rumored to have come from certain estates of those long hated and removed from Plergoth.The basement level is not what it seems. There are a few secret levels that continue downward. Three levels in all with the lowest level being a dungeons of sort, complete with torture devices. It seems that the former occupant was involved in some dubious activities of his own. Probably led to his banishment. Fortunatly for you, their hasty departure forced them to leave most of thier fancy treasures behind and they now belong to the Den. None of the other nobles wanted anything to do with the traitor's personal belongings But I assume you have no such qualms.
Either way, if this place does not meet your expectations, housing can be provided else where. But since you are scum, and run with the 10, I can only assume this will do just fine.
Rumor
The warehouse district has been rumored overran with a band of scandalous individuals who inhabit the The 10 Den. There is no confirmation of this rumor, but the commoners who go there in search of its truth often do not return (those who do usually leave richer and unwilling to share what they have seen for multiple reasons). Reports city wide of a gang known as “The 10” have reached the lips, ears and newspapers of many who listen to the streets, but again no real proof of such a group seems to exist, and until such proof is provided this remains rumor. But stories of large groups of thugs, cut throats, thieves and brutes still pour in as the crime rate rises in surrounding "common" communities but not the Noble estates or Noble city.
The 10
The gang known as The 10 has a shadow around it concealing its true purpose and workings. It is said there are many members who work as a family, with possible spies or traitors within its grouping. It has also been said that they are blood sucking demons who stalk the night for men and women to gobble up and steal children away. It has also been said that they are secretly working to both better the realm while robbing it blind of its fancy treasures and wonderful booze. No one knows the real workings of The 10 or if they truly exist. For if they were real, would not the Den and The 10 both be condemned to death in a moment’s breath? The 10 remain a boogey man sometimes spoken about in seedy bars or the darkest brothels where rogues and cons settle for pleasure or drink. No true member of The 10 has ever been captured or recognized by any government within the lands and no real proof stands to prove they are anything but a fabrication of over active minds hearing the bumps that thump in the dark.
Entering the Den
The windows are barred from the inside as well as the doors. There is no way to slide in unoticed or silent. Traps line all ways in and out and the secret passages are all known to hardly a few. Those inside protect this house with any means able, and to such a rancid group of scum, ALL means are able. No man or woman can enter the home without battering the doors down or knocking and awaiting an answer (ever since that JERK just came prancing in like a mad man!). Those who come knocking best have good reason to learn if this is all true, or the proper clearance to demand entrance.

Althalus of the Shadow-Stalker Family. Killed in a duel to the death in the name of the 10. Great guy, and one hell of a man. He died to defend the honor of our family. Rest well my dear friend.
Grabbingya A mystery man of darkness. Captured and put to death wrongly. No one knows why he was killed by a judge, but one can only guess. He was one of the first members, and a total loyal guy. Anyone has sumthin' bad ta say bout dis guy, and ya dead.
