Let me get this straight... James was OOC banned for hogging taxes, hurting the realm and 'faking inactivity'? Mind you, banning someone over activity reasons, be they intentional or not, is a grave offense, as is OOC banning someone for IC reasons such as hogging taxes or being bad for the realm. That 'faking inactivity' thing smells like bullpoop too, who says he wasn't just ignoring your characters and reaping taxes? That is grounds for an IC ban, BUT NEVER FOR AN OOC BAN. There is a reason the game differentiates between IC and OOC bans. OOC bans are reserved for players, not characters. People who insult or harass others, purposely get stupid or offensive names, stuff like that, but NEVER for characters behaving badly, or activity reasons for that matter. -Capet 16:40, 22 September 2008 (CEST)
