For article III, there should be an amendment. It is unfair just to say "Such and such a paper is rubbish" without good reason. I would hate to see huge discussion pages of petty bickering saying things like "Your paper sucks!" "No, your paper sucks!", etc. --The1exile 1 April 2006 22:25 (CEST)
