The Great Caergoth Wiki Project

Warriors of Caergoth have a lot of pride for their realm and we are going to prove it! When we are finished, Caergoth will have the finest set of wiki pages for any realm in BM.

To make this happen we are going to split up the work. Starting with the region pages, each page will be "adopted" by a writer. That writer will work with the page "owner" (the region lord, for region pages) to polish up the text and add some unique flavor to each page. It does not have to be prize-winning fiction, just good solid prose that clearly describes the subject and explains what makes it special.

Guidelines for regions

• Lead with a short paragraph describing the region. Where is it located? What kind of region is it? What regions border it? What makes it cool?
• Try to keep the same structure for each article. Look at other region pages and make sure that yours is consistent. Suggested headings: History, Economy, Religion, Politics. See a pattern here? The BM region description can be a good starting point.
• Make stuff up. Is there a favorite local food? A regional festival that nobody else celebrates? An ancient legend about a hero who killed a dragon in the region? A big funny shaped rock that looks like some kind of animal? Go wild. One or two of these can give your region a great personal touch.
• The region lord should have the final say over the wiki content. After all, the lord's name is the most obvious name on the page.
