Caergoth is a realm located on Atamara. It was formed on August 29, 2007, when Magnus the Mighty, Duke of Wayburg, seceded the Duchy of Wayburg from Abington. The city of Wayburg seceded within hours of Abington's recapture of the city of Riverholm from the short-lived secession of Aquitaine and was soon followed by the regions of Swanfolk, Chasnoff, Matakonis and Monagle. Almost immediately the new realm of Caergoth clashed with the Protectorate of Magnus and Ash Sea Islands. During the long war that followed, the Protectorate was crushed and the capital of Caergoth moved to Riverholm for logistical and security reasons.

Rebellion

On the 23rd of October, Ginas Gabanus initiated a rebellion against the King Cladius Nero. This came after numerous protests against Claudius for his incapability of running a realm and his hunger for titles and nothing else. The rebellion was successful with Claudius as the only Loyalist. The new King Ginas was then appointed. He first changed the absurd Government titles to sensible ones. The two armies were then merged into one- The Caergoth Royals, where young nobles Arvón II Darkhallen and Regord Sedirae were appointed as Marshal and Vice-Marshal respectively.
