IJARG

I am already a signatory to the IJARG and don't know why we'd need a separate organization. Zal Habap 15:36, 10 February 2007 (CET)

Well since one of the articles of the IJARG said that it was for realms of the OCPAU (Oligarch, Caligus, Perdan, Avamar, Ubent on East Island) only, I thought we had to respect that, so I made the Beluaterran part of it. Apparently nobody cares about that limitation and everyone subscribes it, so I've removed that limitation and subscribed the IJARG as well... I guess that makes the BJARG ready for deletion...
