Hahahaha! For a while I was afraid that Avamarians lost their humor! Keep up the good work guys. You are having fun and that's the key of success! I promise that if you stand enough I will bring a character to your realm. I only regreat that I haven't done so yet. I also second Indirik's idea, although I think that all neswspaper are mainly propaganda Template:BlatantFalsePropaganda. It is just that some are written with more humor and passion than others. Bringing a character to their realm is rather pointless now. Their remaining regions are all occupied by large contingents of the liberation forces, and all recruiting centers are destroyed. Their tax income per character is... 2 gold? 3? The Kalmar Islands have force drafted their population so far that Chaos Temple has all of 42 commoners. Production so low that gold in come there is even lower. The only thing keeping them afloat is calling for family support. They do try and paint a brave picture of the islands, that's for sure. Once glance at the scouting reports gives the lie to all their brave words about how they have resisted anything at all. --Indirik 14:38, 19 January 2007 (CET)

Hmmm...I would say that no realm ever fought for so long, constantly, without any support and most importantly SUCCESFULLY against such an army! Never in the recent history of East Continent! Just think.... The ISlands resisted to the army of Old Rancagua for almost a year although OR had more than twice the CS, many times more the population and income. The ISlands resisted for more three months to Old Rancagua, Sirion AND Fontan, which together had about 20 times the CS of the ISlands! And only now are ready to fall because Itornut and Perdan joined teh party! And they still hold! This is a true mircale, that took place due to the devotion of all TLs inhabiting the Islands. (Not to mentiion the long-term cost to Old Rancagua who has been practically completelly crippled economically and if Sirion hadn't dictated Perdan to involve it should have been erradicated and reduced to a weak by now. y the way according to teh recent stats it has been already reduced from the 5th power in teh Continent to one of the below average. And teh cost will be increased if they "win" the war as they will have to sustain troops to teh Islands constantly until the regions are free of claims. Not to mention as well the fact that without the help of teh mighty realms of Sirion, Fontan, Perdan and Itornut they would have never been able to even get a foothold on the Islands. So I don't see why it is bad to be based on family wealth when others are based on 4 realms to support their pitiful efforts!) Dimitris 16:29, 22 January 2007 (CET)
