Keffer was called something else...I want to say Grand Duke. Also, Arcaea's public reasons for entering the war were twofold: Assisting Papania, and revenge for Ethiala's betrayal of the alliance by signing a secret agreement with Aenilia that granted them Lasop after ceding claims to Arcaea. Hroppa wrote the article and I just changed a few things. I might write a fuller history when I'm not doing it to proscratinate. I was wondering where to put the part about Lasop being taken back by Arcaea, but I had forgotten that there was a specific deal signed that gave Aenilia the city.
