Priestesses and Temples

Whores? What woman would be judged by yielding to the charms of a man? An elf who doesn't need to steal the Gods and that visit the temples to find the divinity that those beautiful women have within them.

The White Tree resisted in the main square of Trinbar. Elune was always alive in the Judge's heart, in the soul and warm body of a sincere worshiper. And even the Flow and Balance flowed into him while he is visiting enemy temples to convince showing kindness and love, not the brutal violence guided by a narrow and coward political vision.

A temple is more than a pile of stones. A temples is where faith is flowing through the mind, heart and soul of those who believe. This is where an ordinary person could find himself with the divine. And those who detract this power are small and deserve to be defeated. But are these men who are wrong, not the Gods that they use as an excuse for hostile acts. The problem is not with faith or religion, but in men who use it for cowardly purposes as excuse.

And a priestess is not just a whore for accepting the divinity of man. And sex is not profane when it is meant to be sacred or a path to the purity of a soul. It is sacred as shed the blood of an enemy in a honored battle. It is showing the way by accepting rather than forcing your own vision with violence.

Happy is the man who can find such divine power. And poor are the bitter women. Probably because they themselves have not found yet a real man. They would know that the sweet words and heartfelt groans are better than her controversial words and her stance that makes her older while she is still young.

The Priestesses certainly know that it's better be considered a whore by her surrender than be a bitter old woman for her lack of love and passion.
