Meadow of Love
Part II

Roleplay from Erik Eyolf Serpentis

To Lady Marion

When the couple left the carriage, Erik took a torch with him. The same torch was tied to a tree to illuminate them. The Duke heard her attentively, but he seemed unconcerned, withdrawing the heavy cape to lay it on the ground. Approaching her, he pulled her by the hand to sit with him.

Erik Eyolf: "Our daughter is a little gem. I'm sure she will forgive us. However, I need that you understand one thing. I have a commitment with Sirion and my religion that are greater than my pure will. I'm already married. Hiero Gamos. A sacred marriage. I'm married with the Goddess and Her purposes. My love for women is too vast. And just for being vast, that love shouldn't be considered banal. I can not just choose one when there is a captivating beauty in each one of you. You have given me precious gifts. I will be eternally grateful. My blood and yours. My name and yours. They will survive beyond us..."

He toasted taking the bottle of wine and drinking a good swig. Obviously, he offered to her. Erik was always improving his Dragon's Breath. Liquid fire. The best wine.

Erik Eyolf: "Drink with me. I'm not getting younger, but I'm not getting older too. I'm the Silver Dragon. This... Erik. He's just a name. And this impressive elfic body, very appropriate. But, shhhh... this is just what my people used to say in Dolmbar and Trinbar."

Erik was obviously very eccentric in his statements and legends that he built around himself. To be a legend. Like a God, he depended of faith to sustain his power. Fortunately, his egocentricity worked very well. He needed only his own faith and in his ability to charm the people around him. That made him essentially dangerous. He didn't deprive himself of a new approach and a kiss with taste of wine.

Erik Eyolf: "It was because you and me, Lady Marion. I believe you still owe me a dance. Don't worry about the clothes, I don't care at all."

The hunter stood with a smile, pulling her hands so she leaned on him to dance. The first movements were slow and gentle, but then he led her to a fluid dance. He made her feel his breath on her neck. She could even feel the smile on his lips. His voice won a new intensity.

Before you slip into unconsciousness,

I'd like to have another kiss,

Another flashing chance at bliss,

Another kiss.

The days are bright and filled with pain.

Enclose me in your gentle rain.

The time you ran was too insane.

We'll meet again.

Oh, tell me where your freedom lies.

The streets are fields that never die.

Deliver me from reasons why

You'd rather cry.

I'd rather fly...

Roleplay from Marion Mercury

To Lord Erik Eyolf

She heard everything that he has to say... every single word, every single beat. Marion tooks the bottle out of his hand, feeling the touch of it on hers. The wine is strong, and hot as the kiss of an ancient lover.

Marion: "You don't understand me, Erik. I don't want to marry you. I never would. I've learnd that you belong to nobody but to yourself. The kind of eccentric love that I felt from you it was never the same from you. And it will never be. I am a wild creature, I feel safe in the woods, at night. I have no region, I am no duchess or Dame. And I don't want to. You can be the Silver Dragon to the world, but to me, you are just Erik. And I do love you. Nothing less, nothing more."

Erik, the Silver Dragon aproches to her and with a soft movement, kiss her on her lips red as blood. Erik: It was because you and me, Lady Marion.I believe you still owe me a dance... He took her, making her lean on him. And as she gets closer, she aproches into his ear and says with her silky voice, the voice that she has just for him.

Marion: "I will dance with you, not for you, my dear. And not because I owe you, but Because I want to."

She can feel him smiling, and she knows that he is playing her game as like she is playing his.

"...Deliver me from reason why

You'd rather cry.

I'd rather fly..."

His voice gets into her, like one of her arrows into an enemys througt. She feels her blouse felt down. Her skin shines under the moonlight...soft and silky throw ages.

Marion: "Erik, leave the Dragon rest in peace now. I will make you fly."
