All data provided via the BattleMaster Wiki or the public API is subject to the copyright as outlined here.
In addition, data available via an API for automatic processing, such as the RDF export of the Wiki, or the data scripts are subject to the following additional conditions. The "data scripts" are all scripts located in http://battlemaster.org/data/* and their results, e.g. the data on this Wiki after the External Data extension fetched data from these scripts.
You may use and re-distribute this data or results you derive from this data for non-commercial purposes on the condition that whatever you do with it is freely available to all BattleMaster players. In addition, you must add a link to your service or tool, or a website explaining where it can be found, to the External Services and Tools page.
Your tool should use caching to create minimal load on the BattleMaster server. I reserve the right to restrict access to any tool, IP address, etc. without prior warning if it degrades the performance of the server or causes an unreasonable amount of traffic.
Absolutely no warrantee or guarantee of any kind. The service can be discontinued at any time with no warning, or the API could change at any time without notice. We try to keep the API stable and the service running, but that's not a guarantee or legally binding promise of any kind.
All interactions are subject to good faith. The usual anti-lawyer clause holds: Any creative re-interpretation of this license, especially those using legalese, will immediately void any and all rights granted. Initiation of any legal action will immediately terminate any and all rights granted.
