Circenzio arrived in Reeds at dawn. Covered by the last shadows, he sneaked beside the guard post at the opening of the doors.

He was sure no one spotted him, but did not notice a dark figure leaning against a nearby door, keeping an eye on him.

Tired from the night travel he rented a room in a local inn, giving false credentials and made his way to the bedroom. Few minutes later he was awakened by a chorus of voices and shouts. Suddenly, someone knocked on his door: "I'm the son of the innkeeper, are you fine sir?". As he could explain, someone forced the second floor window and tried to make his way to Circenzio's room silently, with an unsheathed dagger. Luckily this figure was spotted and made a run for it. Worried, Circenzio returned to sleep, planning to take revenge on this unknown assaulter.

Some hours later he began to gather informations about the interesting sightings in Reeds. He learned that a noblewoman of Heen, with a decent sized bounty on her head, was around. Even if that's far from obvious, it could mean that she attacked someone else before, and they tried to avenge theirselves through a bounty. Anyway, whether this was true or not, he prepared his assault.

Giving a silver coin here and there he managed to penetrate, unseen, the residence of Lady Kailyn Estyn, Dame of Hcallow. Knocked unconscious the maiden, he patiently awaited behind the door. He did not have to wait too much, soon his target entered, calling the maiden. She was dressed as someone who only recently returned from a walk, but yet he could not be sure she was the one who attempted for his life. Regardless, without lingering too much in thinking and like a well oiled machine he murmured "greetings". A calculated action to expose the target's front in order to allow him to inflict a not lethal but serious wound.

The Lady flipped on herself more quickly than he thought, drawing her sword. With the hilt she managed to divert the blow aimed towards her abdomen to the hip, immediately calling for the guards. Wounded even if not deeply, she staggered for a moment, enough to give time to Circenzio for a lower kick, which made her fall in front of the door, being opened by the running guards.

By the time they realized their Lady was behind it by the mourns and opened the door slowly, Circenzio had already escaped from the window and started running in the crowded streets of the evening in Reeds, wondering if all his guesses were right.
